IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
All merchandise purchased at LEMOR in Bayview Village at regular price may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt and all tags attached. Merchandise returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed.
Accessories, undergarments, shoes, exchanged items and sale items are final sale.
In-store Special Orders are final sale.
Credit notes are final sale.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love your purchase from LEMOR online. But in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your merchandise to request a returned authorization number (RA Number).
Returned merchandise must be in the original condition/packaging, unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached.
Special Orders and Sale Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returned merchandise will be issued as store credit or an exchange.
HOW TO RETURN
Ensure the return policy rules are met.
Request an Return Authorization Number (RA Number) by email within 3 days of receiving your package.
When you receive your RA number, ship the returned merchandise back to us to the return address below within 5 days.
Write the RA Number on the outside of the package returned.
Returned items must be shipped back to us at your expense, with tracking number and signature required.
We highly recommend insuring the merchandise full value.
We are not responsible for lost packages in transit.
Once your returned item(s) has been received, inspected and processed, a store credit or an exchange will be issued.
